PitchLog Privacy Policy

PitchLog is operated by Lessizmo LLC. This policy explains how the PitchLog website, progressive web app, and Android app handle information.

Microphone audio and pitch analysis

PitchLog accesses the microphone only after you choose to start a take and grant permission. Microphone audio and pitch analysis are processed on your device. PitchLog does not upload microphone audio, recordings, detected notes, pitch measurements, or take results to Lessizmo LLC or analytics services.

If replay recording is enabled, the current take's audio is kept temporarily in app memory. It is discarded when the take is cleared or replaced, or when the app process ends. PitchLog does not save replay audio as an account or cloud recording.

Information stored on your device

PitchLog stores preferences and onboarding state locally so the app can remember your settings. The current Android release configuration disables Android app backup. You can remove local information by clearing PitchLog's app or site data, or by uninstalling the Android app.

Analytics

The PitchLog website and web app may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate use of the service and the onboarding flow. These events do not include microphone audio, recordings, detected notes, pitch measurements, or take results. Google may process device, browser, network, and usage information under the Google Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics is disabled in the Google Play Android build.

Feedback

If you open the optional Feedback link, you leave PitchLog and use a Google Forms page. Any information you choose to submit there is processed by Google and is used by Lessizmo LLC to review and respond to feedback. Do not include microphone recordings or other sensitive information unless it is necessary for your support request.

Android purchases

Android purchases are processed by Google Play. PitchLog receives product and purchase status needed to unlock and restore PitchLog Pro, and stores the last confirmed entitlement on the device for offline use. Lessizmo LLC does not receive your full payment-card details. Google's handling of purchase information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Sharing and sale of information

Lessizmo LLC does not sell personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers described above when you use the applicable web analytics, feedback, or purchase feature, or when disclosure is required by law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when PitchLog's features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
